Travel options
By plane
The airport of Aktion National Airport Preveza is only 20 km away from Lefkas. From the beginning of April until the end of October there are direct flights to Preveza several times a week.
From the airport there are buses to Lefkas town where you can change to the island's regular bus. This one stops on the main street from where it is only a few minutes walk to the apartment.
By car and ferry boat
From Ancona and Venice (Italy) there are daily ferries to Igoumenitsa (Greece). Sailing time 16 hours (Ancona) or 26 hours (Venice). From the port of Igoumenitsa you can drive to Lefkas within 2 hours (110 km).

Public transport greece
The Greek mainland has an extensive bus network with affordable and comfortable buses.
There are intercity buses with a regular connection between the larger cities and there are also local bus lines including those on Lefkas itself.
